Silent death and melee

Yea that will be good, thrust giving like +15% critical chance, and swing giving more damage. Because now melee is underpowered against hth, and is VERY UNDERPOWERED against sniper/burst/what ever.
And some damage buffs to all the melee weapons will be good, i think that a combat knife in the eye should hurt has much that a 223 bullet.

i say that HtH is preety buffed, Think BlindMaster will have a new play style, or time to find out a new prefix for Lag in HtH

The problem is Unarmed is better than Melee. Melee needs a little spicing up I think.
I'm thinking that making it a bit more "cripply" is the way forward.

if you say that you whant to make melle weapons have a higher chance to cripple than the rest then

sugestion: add a new weapon perk: Bladed, better crittical hit table for that weapon
