For explorer, Vault 15 is a must. Yesterday after i visit all cities and train station and still not be able to get it i visit Vault 15 and finally was able to recive it.

You don't need to go to V15 at all, read my earlier post.

Also just got explorer perk.
Explored (entered); Klamath, The Den, Redding, New Reno, Modoc, VC, Gecko, NCR, Junktown, The Hub, Gun runners, The Libary, San Fran, All Train Stations.

I'm guessing you have to go to a certain amount of places to get explorer perk. Most likely there is no set locations required just an amount of locations with a maximum of 17 locations which might have to include the train stations.

There is a set of location requirement. Locations like Navarro and Glow are not in the list, because these are possible places of annoyances (Navarro - Enclave patrols, Glow - radiation), etc.

So the same should be with Miss Kitty and 10EN/10AG/10CH check.
if you have 10EN You need to visit Glow to get speach based perks, CH and AG can be lowered by drugs.

It's just a small quest, you can get the money and xp another way. It's not the same as perk.

This may be in a post already if it is I apologize. After wipe there is no need for going above profession lvl 1 on armorer and demolition expert? According to Wiki lvl 2 does not let you craft anything more than you could already craft on lvl 1. Is this correct and if so whats the point of even having lvl 2 in those professions. Again i may be wrong im just going of WIKI and wanted an answer before i got new professions.

Search wiki for "blueprints."   But FYI, it's just anything that you used to be able to craft on those profs pre-wipe, that don't show in fixboy immediately when taking both prof levels.
