that works only for living anatomy and medic no matter if it is tagged or not. Other perks just give normal bonus. Dont know why its like this but still its like this.

I will fix that and give rank 3 for Survivalist.
EDIT: Should be fixed now.

by the way, no by taking survivalists perks i was able to get 301% outdoorsman, isnt 300% the limit?

I just released a new version (1.1.0) that has some big changes:
- Updated interface.
- New functions (New, reset, save/load...)
- Added quests that improve skills.
- Added tabs (Perks, Combat, Craft). Combat tab shows your critical chances. Craft tab shows what professions you have selected, what materials you can gather and what items you can craft.
- "Infobox" near cursor.
- Some bugfixes.
Time for me to get some sleep. I'm ready for some bug reports in the morning. :)

About the Bone-Yard quest wiki is false, you need only 3 charisma to talk to the man and need to have less than 50% in small gun (50% don't work). I just test it this night :)
If a "confirmed" user can change the wiki, thanks to him.
For profession drugs can be used but it's not important.
And .. it's a little difficult to add skill point 1 by 1 :p (but i love to don't have to click 100 times for 100 skill points!)
