Well, the owner should take a part of the crap to convert it both into caps and new items of his specialization. Price would be set accordingly with what is left.

Besmrtnik:
no good idea, I like to farm a lot stuff and sell 100000 ammo, and I dont want to trevel all around the map to get good price
