connection established... authentication

I've got this annoying problem; whenever I try to login I get this massage "connection established... authentication", any idea how I'm supposed to fix this?

I've tempered with the cache things, deleted, them and all, still won't give results...

It does such kind of jokes before server down-rollback.Fixed in few hours,usually.Let's be patient  :)
