Yeah, i don't like it, when PK killing you on far far away range with his minigun, if you wearing bluesuit. As i can remember at Fallout 1, 2 and Fallout: Tactics, miniguns really used for close combat. And i can't understand how burst mode can be used normally at so great distances. Both ways: in real life and for balance.

You think at the wrong way IMO: Big Guns don't really need nerf, it's Small Guns who need improvements. Forget your hate for the big gunner who killed you so much time, it's not really the probem ;p
When the crit table was more powerfull (before wipe) the Small Guns were much balanced, i think it's the real problem.

I told that the firepower of BG should stay at the same level. But some minor thing around BG must be changed too (reload, fast shot trait, range). I.E. If you dont reduce the range of that guns and you will only add longer range to rifles, that will not solve anything, because distances in the cites, streets.. are the same.

Yeah maybe reduce a little their range, but I am not sure of it.
But i still think it's Small Gun who need better caracteristics.

You don't need to reduce a range, you need to reduce an accuracy. Where you saw a Minigun with an "Accurate" perk? Who is that idiot who gave a MINIGUN an accurate perk omg. Show me any accurate minigun in the real life, or show me that god of heavy weapon, who will hit a target with a minigun on a great distance with more than 1-2 bullets of 30 per burst. The minigun is a close-combat weapon, it may have a great range, but... it's not like in standart Fallout. I tryed to shoot with a 10mm SMG at a max. distance with a burst and almost all bullets hit a target, in standart Fallout (1 or 2, or even Fallout Tactics), of couse burst on more than 5-6 hexes is almost useless. I don't understand snipers here, at FOnline: 2238, when a burst mode much more powerful. The only bad thing is economical. A sniper shot = 1 bullet, a burst = 10-30 bullets, so, burst users need more time to craft bullets or more caps to buy it.
