Strange, Burst works the same way here as F1/2 and the perk of the Minigun went from Long Range -> Accurate, thereby reducing its accuracy.
Crazy:
Yep, accurate is not a good bonus, only +20 CtH, Long Ranche is pretty much better (+48 CtH with 6 PE!)
And I can tell you I am llittle less effective (+/- 30dmg) at max range than mid range.
And if crit were better, sniper shot done maybe less damage (but not each time!) but cripple/knock often: more blanaced.
Solar:
Criticals are reasonable now. I just had to tone down the knockouts from headshots because they were too good.
I guess part of the problem is that a lot of maps don't have that large field of fire to make the extra range of snipers count for too much.

No, that will solve only sniper problem, but not assault rifle underpowered class.
