Suicide Bombing.

 I've been on the server for a quite long time today, it's becoming really annoying to let someone run in a huge group and blow themselves up, while the other people surrounding are sitting there, rushing for the loot that people tried so hard for, it's annoying just to speak in a small conversation, then the next moment, someone makes a fuse, then they explode, fucking frustrating.

 I lost about a bunch of armors, some heavy weaponary, and a lot and lot of caps due to these fuckers, I was thinking of making something, for example, if someone kills themselves during the explosive they have, if they've died using their own source of explosive, they cannot use the character anymore, the person who actually blew themselves up, which consists within suicide. I'd be happy if these rules happen to go listed, if not, fine by me.

 Thanks for reading, hope this issue will be resolved sooner or later.

P.S: I lost many, many shit, don't see me cryin'.

So planting a bomb on someone won't be permadeath?

Anyway, this idea would result in skyrocketing prices of cheap mercs, dogs, cows.

Planting a bomb won't be so bad, you'll just kill yourself again in the bomb radius, but killing yourself with the bomb is what I'm mostly talking about in this category.

Solution is simple. Don't stay in big crowds and don't carry anything expensive with you.

Rules for staying alive in NCR
1: Don't have anything expensive on you.
2: Don't hang around crowds.
3: Don't let anyone stand close to you.
4: Don't stand around for too long.
5: Don't go enter town through the main entrance.

Do this and you'll maximize your chances of survival in town.

Basically, don't socialize any.  The exact opposite goal for guarded towns.

This is long time problem. Not only suicide bombing, but "karma PKs", ... .

 Devs tried to create some rules to avoid PK, but players are still finding new solutions. Maybe the way is different. On other servers, there are not "guarded cities" and this fact forces players to create their own militia. In 2238, there was Modoc militia (but it was created because of different reasons), so i believe it could work here.

 Of course there would exist raids,.. but still, players could recognize you or they can kill you even before you can do something wrong.

It won't solve anything, as long as you can make TrololoAlt564 and use it to suicide bombing. Getting a dynamite is a matter of having another alt, with Demolition Expert profession or someone that can give it for you.

People still can't learn to NOT enter NCR with valuable crap.

Yeah it sucks that people have to not enter guarded towns with the stuff they earned.  I mean that's the best part of a game right, working your tail off for great stuff just to hide it away and never take it anywhere?

Stay focused please. Not "guarded towns", but "NCR", shithole full of trolls, retards and bored kids with acne. I've never seen any suicide bomber in Hub, VC or SF.

Then you should spend more time there, as it's exactly the same in these  cities. Idiocy isn't mutually exclusive to Shady Sands.

Ah, so you have a magical devise which tells you whenever I am online in the game or not? Interesting!
I was playing quite often in the last week, and I've seen 2 guys getting bombed in vault city (right at the entrance) 3 people in Hub and already seen a fair share of such dumbfuckery in SF aswell.
