I have a feeling doing two logins at once to lead my alt to my tent won't work, because I accidentally had two clients open at the same time and the other one crashed instantly when I tried it

You have to use software for more than one login at once (sandboxies, Virtual machine...)
But the most effective way is collecting 10K caps and build your first base (shared to every your alts). And there is a workbench for your convenience.

Question about slaverun. I failed once, my reputation reseted to 50, got it back to 160 but i cant take quest. Will i be able to take q later? Or its bugged and i have to make new character?

It depends. Slaveruns have something like 2 hours of cooldown, if you fail once you can anyway re-try when your reputation gets back to 160. So probably it's bugged.

I think it's only permanent if you take the quest and never go to the site before it despawns.

you need to sell slaves (each for 6 reputation points) or complete quest in NR(not sure which one)
