As far as I know no. Chem Reliant affects only drugs.

Yes, it will make you permanently addicted to RadAway. One of my characters is. Of course, RadAway has its own addiction effects, which are very minor, so it doesn't give the -1 AP.

Anyone knows how much hp 15k mutant has? wiki is outdated in this case i think, anyway i bought these for 7k and they had around 400hp (my char has 1 lucK), what about 15k ones?

@up its weird but bazooka mutants has higher hp than minigun ones. minigun has like 350 hp

From what i tested on melee ninja guys from Redding, their HP is not affected by EN, LK, LvL or HP of the character who is buying them.

I wonder if they are affected by players stats in any way. Does someone know?

i would like to ask about glow. there are trhee lockers i NEVER saw locked and i have been there many times. So i would like to ask- is respawn bugged or somebody know exact time and lockpick only these lockers? Two of them are in 5, one is in 4. Thanks for ur answer

Total newbie question, but if I wanted to swap items between two of my own characters, is there any way to do it? Other than item dropping in a location. Don't trust anyone not to grab it before I get there, even if I log out then in in the exact same spot.
only asking because my character, my first character, is basically a crafter/small guns user. I'm not expecting to be a combat god at all, more of a support guy for me and friends in regards to equipment and weaponry. I want to make a second using, say, big guns or be a more accurate and powerful combat guy, and I don't want to keep distributing points to be able to craft gear again and all that crap.

I have a feeling doing two logins at once to lead my alt to my tent won't work, because I accidentally had two clients open at the same time and the other one crashed instantly when I tried it

No need to cheat , you may create a shared tent with your alt using fast relog and *cough* radio help signal (cheap solution)
or you may buy a base for all your alts (easy solution)
