Why? That's so pointless. Fast shot makes you unable to aim with throwing knives, but doesn't reduce the action point cost... That needs to be changed.

I do believe it adds the +5 dmg though.

Fast Shot works for Throwing knives. Just tested to be 100% sure.

a bit of a stupid question but do weapons in hands of companions deteriorate. I know about armor not deteriorating so i'm guessing no, but i'd like to be sure.

Edit: do companions require more food due to update? i hardly get any extra loyalty uness i pump them full with 20 beer???
edit: one more question i found a docters bag in NCR?? the wiki says you can buy it for 1000 in SF only, is this still the case or is the info outdated?

Hi all,
I have a question. I don't know what happened but after I told with BOS guard, when i got in the wasteland, my karma significantly changed.
I now have -2000 with the unity and the enclave but also negative karma with NCR ranger and NCR republic.
Is that normal?
I did not took the quest but still, the karma changed.
It's a bit anoying because this character is a crafter and needs to mine around broken hills where there is a lot of unity patrol.
When i'm moving with the car, I have all chances to loose it then.
I want to make the quest of investigating the red object but i can not because as soon as i get close to navarro, any encounter will put me down because of enclave's patrol.
After reading the wiki , I understand how the karma's change are working but how can I do this quest to investigate in navarro if I even can not approach it?
