Meaning if i have Ghost Perk and stand next to a wall while turning on sneak mode i'll get the 30% bonus but if i don't and run next to a wall later on (while still sneaking ofc) i won't? I'm still bit confused about Ghost Perk btw. We tested this like some months ago and it seemed as if this perk wouldn't really make any difference in detecting the sneaker.
Edit: Just to clerify this: We tested with a sneak who had like 260%-270%.

i believe that your sneak skill + weapons in slots + stealth boy + perk activity are tested on each hex, am i wrong?

Yeah, i think so too. Just wondered what Roachor ment by saying, that the first sneak counts.

If a weapon has -50 DR and penetrate do you need an arm or bypass to be effective still?

Armor piercing reduces just Damage Resistance, Perk Penetrate reduces Damage Thresholds, bypass in this case is totaly usles if targets DR isnt over 50, what you mean "an arm"?
