I couldn't tell, using .bat is for script kiddies and unskilled people.
I'm only guessing that the "Fonline is running already" problem is bypassed by launching the 2 executables at the same time (so one can't check the presence of the other). See this: http://perishablepress.com/press/2006/11/28/launch-multiple-programs-with-one-click/ to know how to do it.

i have read that explorer does not work on forums.

best way to find a fcc is to go to either san fran or boneyard enter arrow over and over with 10 luck that is the best chance to find one.
