Whats number of followers give bigger encounters ? Like 3+1(me) give u enc 1,x5 6+1 give 2x etc

1. When you repair a weapon that you found in a random encounter it says it has seen a few repairs, does this do anything statisticaly?
2. Is DT taken off a burst as -x or -x(y) (or for example dt for normal combat leather is -2 or is it -2(the number of rounds shot))?
3. Once all the bases have been purchased, are they perminately gone from the base sellers? (Untill wipe)
4. Do Pkers have realy high perception to always start first in combat?

Weapons found in enocunters have already been broken 5-7 times. More time a weapon have been broken, faster it deteriorate.
But all weapons will have this "seen few repair" if you repair it at least one time.

DT apply on each bullets. Though, bullets with Armor Piercing perk does DT/3.

3. Once all the bases have been purchased, are they perminately gone from the base sellers? (Untill wipe)

I don't understand the question.

4. Do Pkers have realy high perception to always start first in combat?

Some maybe. But if you drop in TB encounter while combat is already active, you will have wait the end of a total turn (from max sequence to lower sequence, you excluded), a new turn begin, and then you will have your turn in normal order.

Yes.  You will not be able to buy another base from base seller until wipe and new names are available.

HOWEVER, lucky for everyone, bases next wipe will be able to have multiple bases under one name. (Don't take my word for it but that's what i understand)  so such a problem is by far more unlikely to happen.  (as long as one group doesnt feel like being dicks and buy as many names as they can constantly :P)

+1AC=-1ToHit for your ennemy. Though, as everyone have at least 95% ToHit at max range on a CAMKII guy with 10AG, the best you can achieve is to lower it at 90%, and it won't have any effect if you are not at his max range or if you have low AG/lower armor. So it's useless. Toughess is far better.
