2) Don't remove cripple/poison/radiated effect after death.

It was like this for a while, but everyone just used to go round trying to cause crippling injuries just to be annoying - and when new players have every limb crippled and are blind it can be difficult, even compared to our already difficult new player period.

Poison and radiated though, I wonder if theres a good reason for them not to stay

Maybe poison and rad should stay, but lowered.
High poison/1000rad gonna cause a permament death effect.. or the Undead Neverending Story Syndrome (UNSS) :P

I am not a Hardcore gamer or so.
I play mostly as solo, even I have good contact with some groups.
My only craft is radio, so all my stuff have a high value for me...

But I personaly wish to see a huge death penality (at the extrem if needed), why ?
Simply to keep the interest of play.
If you dont have to be carefull there is any interest in my mind.
That said, I understand the reasons to keep the game "easy" for having a sufficient population ingame.

But the Fallout core is in my mind Staying alive... not having a GodTopEnd character as in other MMO.
The stress of staying alive (even what is your level) give more satisfaction than everything else...
This is just another approach of gaming enjoy : "Contemplate your character, or making him alive so risk it".

The only purpose here is to change gamer attitude ingame, to tend to be more "realistic", nothing else.

Hum okay but why *all* equip? Keep only the armor damaged is a good compromise to ajust the game's difficulty.... In this situation i keep my *fear* (lose rest of items inventory : cap, weapons ect...)

That can't work for best armors if you're prefer (52 b and enclave's armors) the game would be more easy for beginner and the same for *high* players

Btw, why you don't lose XP when die? You see these people who cryins "make 41 level max!". Of couse if player's level is <4 he'll not lose XP, but after 3, he'll lose 100*level XP (example, but it'll be better, if much more), but, of couse, without delevel, so he'll never lose his level. So it'll be harder to take max level. Really, what death does? You can run at blue suit without fear anywhere, 'cause you know, that you're safe.

I don't understand you.
What do you mean? For expample you're 14th level with 90'000 XP.
You see guy in metal armor, he saying "U WILL DIE!!"
And then you're really dying.
Now you have 90'00-100*14=88'600 XP, but you still 14th level. you'll never lose your level... (as i said 100*level is example)
Later you can die again and again, may be you'll have 0 XP, but you still be 14th level. I don't see any "skillpoints and perks" problem.

Mod: Oops, forgot to add one "0" after total XP.

Yeah because the game isn't stingy enough with xp. Why not just set max level to 1 and be done with it.

There's nothing more annoying than losing xp = losing time spent on gameplay!!!! It's just another side of 'grind'. You want to make FO another grinding MMO? Imagine unarmed PKs killing respawned players at the resp point. Effect: you gonna lose 5-6 k xp instead of 200-300. Did I say "ARGH" already?

Ok, i'll tell it in 3rd time... uhh...

DAMN IT, THERE IS NO FU

There's no any problems with perks and skills. You're 15th level. You just got 15th level. You have 105'000 XP (for 15th level you need exactly 105k, if you have 104'999 you're 14th). You're really happy, but you've met gang of idiots with rocketlaunchers and miniguns. So, you died. Now you have less than 105k, for example 104k, but you STILL BE 15th level. You DO NOT lose 15th level. You can see at character sheet 15th level. You're really 15th level, you even consider yourself 15th level. Nothing changed, but XP, so now you need 1k more XP to get next level.
