Try deleting some useless things that just sit on you're computer, if this dont work try a virus scanDeleting history also helps, makes everything run faster ;]How much memory are you using up?... maybe try buying more memory/ram
This has never happened before, and I have defragged, optimized, and scanned for malware with multiple programs. for example: Advanced SystemCare 4.0.0, Smart Defrag2, and default Internet tools. I've deleted tons of stuff I don't need and it is still slow or unresponsive.

This file will be automatically created again.
