Maybe not something like 500 xp for every limb healed, but around 200-300... you know, around the max XP you get from First Aid.

ahem. them be magic hands of first aid so max xp gained is a little higher than you think :P

Healing weakness shouldn't give xp's, but should also have no cooldowns.

50 xp's for one healed limb is fine, I'd even lower it to 25.

Or, if you want to increase experience gains for healing broken limbs, you also have to elevate skill requirements for healing injuries successfully. Also, whenever a doctor manages to heal a broken limb, some amount of his patient's hit points should be restored (20, maybe 30).

First Aid should give xp's similarly to outdoorsman (players with a very low FA (30% for example) should get, say, 5 xp's for every hit point healed, while those with a very high FA (200%+) should only get 1 xp).

Pretty much defeats the point of weakness if you can just spam doc until you cure it.

yes pretty much another reason why death is not a real loss. Especially if you got 10 guys docing and fa-ing you after your respawn.

you will still be able to heal weakness yourself, but no xp gained

LagMaster is simply suggesting that healing someone else's weakness gives you XP. He doesn't say there wouldn't be a cooldown if user fails, so your quote is unrelated.
