Looking for a sniper/sneak build (no drugs)

Well now im trying various versions of sneaker + sniper try out, dunno about that but best that i could get is:
st 2
pe 10
en 2
ch 1
in 10
ag 6
lk 10
small framge + skilled
skill points SG 155%, sneak 300% + ghost perk (which adds 30%, so 330% total), fa 62% (considering that you have 81 hp, not too bad :D )
perks in this order:
silent running (level 6)
better critical (level 9)
weapon handling ( level 12 )
sharpshooter (level 16)
ghost (level 20 when you have 300% sneak skill)
Also you can modify this build a little by not taking sharpshooter and taking educated perk at level 6, so in this case: you would have sg skill of 171% while rest would be the same. (i check chances to hit, in first case to eyes from 50 hexes to 0 AC 43%, in second case under same conditions 59% not too good, but i doubt anything better can be reached)

AlienS2, i don't understand u at all, really. A good sniper doesnt need a sneak at all, coz u'll have 50 hex shooting range, in turn-based gangs u can kill someone even before he can see u. Try to use your brain - sneak is needed for close-ranged weapons, like a hth(but it will suck cos u'll have onle 160 hp not more), melee, big guns (especialy for LSW), also is good for bursters with SG (but BGnner with lsw much more dangerious so all bursters prefer to make them) Sneak isn't the first thing sniper needs in combat -that's fact.

you could calculate the distance in hex when youre still invisible and adjust your max sneak skill. As already said snipers should stay the hell at max range so if you got 50 hex range theres low chance someone will see you in sneakmode. You cant be an alrounder and be invisble for min-hex range but at the same time shooting over half the map.
