Looking for a sniper/sneak build (no drugs)

Hi guys.
First of all sorry for my bad/primitive english (it's not my native lang).
I stopped playing FO last year and now I'm back ;D I don't have much time for the game, so I look for a sniper/sniker build in real time mode.

I've read several threads and made this one:

NO DRUGS will be used. I'm against it  ;D

Traits: Small frame + Finesse

S: 2
P: 10
E: 4
C: 1
I: 8
A: 6
L: 10

Perks:
(???) Awareness or Cautious Nature?
More Critical
Better Critical
Weapon Handling
Sharpshooter
More Critical
More Critical

Skills (420 points): SG + Sneak + (???)
It is possible to make SG 203% and Sneak 203%, but i feel there is much better choice...

This build has 185 HP, according to this http://www.nitue.net/fcp/


Any suggestion? Or is it totally crap?  ::) :)

You need about 270+ and silent running.

MINIMUM

AlienS2:
S: 4
P: 10
E: 4

I: 10
A: 6
L: 6

Silent Running (instead of Weapon handling)

Sneak 269%
SG only 151%  ::) Edit: ouch, and Strengh only 4  :-X

Is it possible to shoot someone with 151% with sniper rifle?  :)
