Ok,
so everybody knows that after reaching maximum lvl, best stuff gathered game is becoming a litle bit boring... You know - have everything so what to do? Especialy with milions of caps?

I have some ( IMO) interesnting options:
1. there can something like stuff upgrade for big amounts of money.

Lets say  there will be armorer in enclave who can TRY to upgrade your armor.
Each attempt would have some % in success ( lets say 50%) and cost lets say 100 000 caps.

Each upgrade would rise all DT by 1 and DR by 1%.
If attempt would fail item and caps are gone.


2. Same could be done with weapons uograding:

Lets say  there will be weaponsmith in Brotherhood who can TRY to upgrade your weapon.
Each attempt would have some % in success ( lets say 50%) and cost lets say 100 000 caps.

Each upgrade would rise max dmg by 1
If attempt would fail item and caps are gone.

I don't know, I'm currently wandering around with two 100hp small gun mercs (5 CH), and I don't feel that I'm a raging torrent of sexy power. I've won a few fights against other players using them, but that is more down to our manly barrage of unaimed shots overwhelming them. If they ever die I'll be heartbroken. But I can see it being massively thrown out of whack if I had five of them with me. Which is why the max number of mercs is being reduced, I guess.

people in ncr are too poor to buy anything anwyay, so they would see no difference...

But still having a follower is nice. Well as Xarr said you can distribute some goods for new players. Looks like some appearing again which is a good sign hope they won't get slaughtered as much as to give up. Getting them some equipment increase they surviving abilities though a too good gear equals a 'shot me' sign.

Yeah the trade converting items to cash system needs to be a lot more aggressive. No more than three or four of the same item.

Buy 210'000/20=10'500 items, then give them to 1st level character and let him dismantle them all and he'll reach 21st level by it.

And on these screenshots it's just around 1,5 milion of caps, so you'll have to work hard :>
