Lets gamble!

Understood, but I just want to say I'd like to see this (not only Russian roulette, but also just gambling with dice) here. Stuff like that would allow us to gamble practically anywhere and not only in special places.

This suggestion will add 300% gambling alts, with 10 IN, 10 LK and skilled trait, as additional caps income for a player, because why should I pay X caps for tickets and have Y chance to win, when I can make an alt who will pay for tickets the same X caps and have Y*20 chance to win, I don't think it's good idea, just another reason for alts.

luck would have no influence in here, and yes this is to make gambling useful, but also if for example 10 players will play, and 9 of them will have 300% gambling, so their chance will still be small to win. Also if you have for example 10 luck sniper, then you have 50% starting gambling skill, so the gambler alt will have just 6 times advantage over you, which mean you can spend 600 caps to make it even.
