I doubt we will be doing Gambling for this wipe ... we seem to be reworking virtually everything else which doesn't leave much time.

...which means that gambling will be done eventually?  That'd be great.  Right now Reno is a weird place in between a guarded and TC unguarded town.  Reno would be a cool 2nd NCR, it's pretty centrally located.

Reno will always be a unique kind of place. Its streets will always be unguarded.

Gambling will be redone at some point, but I wouldn't recommend holding your breath for it.

Why we should ignore Gambling/Luck in determining success

People will just alt it, sadly. 10 LK 300% Gambling alts will just throw the system out of whack. Maybe if high Gambling skill just increased the stakes you could bet at when playing alone, but the odds were still the same (and against you).

This is absolute must. High gambling could perhaps open chances to participate various kinds of gambling with higher and more interesting prizes. But still, who will invest 300 points in gambling if it's not useful in combat? FA, doc, weapon skills and outdoorsman would be always better choice.

Based on evidence collected from various sources by trustworthy attendees it is undisputed veritability that the land ravaged by atomic warfare which caused extreme change of the ecosystem and environmental hazards can be considered unpleasant, rugged and unforgiving.

1. I doubt the developers are going to put the time and effort into doing all this when it already takes them 1-3 months to fix single-mistyped coded bugs.
2. If this were to happen the exitting the back door option would be good.
3. Guards that are unkillable and 1 shot people should be all over the inside of the casino and not allowed to exit it.
4. Guards should shoot anyone with a weapon out (like real life casinos).
5. No cap on pvp gambling winnings but a cap on solo gambling winnings should be enforced. But not taken out back and shot, just kicked out. AND AN ACTUAL KICK OUT, NOT THIS: "You have 2 seconds to leave." *Player is reading the text for two seconds* *Blam blam blam blam blam*.

I do appologise. To begin a concerted effort to respond to needed things in a more prompt manner, here is a ban.

I hope the slight Douche Bag posting / Ban lag was within acceptable limits.

Will players be allowed to fix broken machines and seek employment at these casinos? Casinos = higher employement rates just like in real life!
