After this new update whenever i start the game and hit play it freezes on the loading screen and doesnt ever go any further and i have to restart my computer i dont got a clue as to what may be wrong or how to fix it anyone can help me?

Have you checked your firewall ?

Don't launch the game in full screen to test that.

did you Clear the cache like update says to do.
IMPORTANT:
- Run the updater.
- Clear the cache (as usual, this will clear the character password in the login screen)

it froze instantly again

step 1 slap computer
step2 call swear at pc
step3 restart pc
step4 rage if does not work after that.
 
yeah i really dont know man maybe set your resalution lower or something like that play with opions in config.
edit: try updater again just for a luck try maybe something like that.

i just uninstall reinstalled game and updated works now dunno wtf was wrong with it but yeah after 2 seconds when i hit play ited freeze wouldnt load login screen

I bet you didn't really clear your caches.   It freezes like that if you don't do that.

Check Data.  Name ALL the folders in there.

I do not have this and it runs just fine.  Also, your missing the other file:

ok the new update has yet again screwed the game up for me now it says executing start script failure
everytime u fix somthing you break it for me

"Script failure" has happened to me with the first big last update too, but after re-install the game and run the client the problem has been fixed. May that work for you, as it work for me.

actually just did that but reinstalled and it popped up put in my name and pass and it froze when i hit login at the loading screen
this shits starting to get annoying T.T
