Nope, I was trying to help actually. Since 95% of people claiming bugs on the boards are either doing something wrong or are misinformed.

Why are people so stupid... I am telling I cant find anybody during frequent gameplay since 6 months and they tell me I look at wrong places....

I see encounters with " a wastelander " constantly , everyday and always when going from a city to another city or even when leveling up.
I have 150% and if there is a player encounter i think i always have 95% evade.

Finally it is no bug. Looks like changing the settings to "Turn Based" or "both modes" fixes the problem. Obviously You can only find encounters with people who have the same settings concerning the combat mode. Thanks to Yuma, he and I tested this successfully.

As some pointed out already it is indeed a settings thing.
When i play in turn based mode i encounter wastelander all the time, but in real time mode i did never encounter anyone at all.

Wow, the last to posts just told us the system is shiiiiiit.  SO WHAT if you put your on real time!?  its like a big lolwtf moment here.  It's the player in the encounter's choice to put it on what mode and why the hell would that affect your ability to encounter players in the first place??

Every other encounter is someone encountering ME.

Well, apparently problem was RT hinders you from encountering players....  Thank god "Both modes"  fixes this, and even more so its default is Real time when forced.

Yes, several person such as myself seem unable to encounter the vast majority of other players in random encounters.

I have had an understanding of economics in countries for a while now, since i was maybe 13 and half or so.  My first interest in this arose when I was 11, and learned of the great Depression.  I wanted to know why, so I looked on computer, and read for hours and hours about it, then watched a 30 minute long video about global economics, the monetary system, etc.

The second I heard of what was happening, I not only TOLD EVERYONE TO WITHDRAW THEIR CAPS IMMEDIATELY BEFORE IT AFFECTED ALL BANKS in the thread, but Explained completely what was happening, before getting my own caps from bank in ncr, whitch was approximately only 3 million or so.
