Huum.... Not at all. We had a huge alliance with separated bases during few months. And even in our own team, we had much more than 20 char registered with our alts.And finally... What's the point of destroying alliances?

2238: faction mod.And anyway, solo players will always be raped by groups, doesn't matter if they are 5, 10, 20 or 50. Also, the "I am not in an alliance and they kill me so remove it of game" is not a valid argument.
yes it is, 1 player can maybe out run 20 people in a re(??) but not 50 or 60 same goes for, a tc solo player can easily outrun 20 pople with guns not 50 or more. If you had 50 people you could easily put 10 people at every grid of a town waiting for people to just enter.

well there would be 2 main bases. 1 for crater(??) and 1 for pvp.
It would lead big factions to creating lots of smaller factions. In the end it helps nothing but just adds some more annoying micro-management.
The game doesn't know what character belongs to what faction or what characters is the friend of the friend of the friends friend. It's just not possible.
