I've scrapped it, finesse is what screwed it.

Alright, most i see here call themselves snipers, i am sorry but shooting hands, groins or whatever and taking 2 shots to kill something is no sniper, that is a marksman or a trick shooter.

so i will post my perfect pure sniper build. yes he has to smoke cigarettes.
Str 5 gotta hold a gun
Pe 9 just so you arent sneaked up on
En 6 no weakness
Cha 3, snipers need a good spotter/cleaner
In 8, yeah you need brains
Ag 4 learn to use cover.
Luck 6, just enough.

now heres why, i will calculate out Eyeshotting a Deathclaw at 50hex. One shot one kill.
smoking a cig gives (10pe-2)x16 = 128 to hit. add 261 skill, and 8 for Sharpshooter and 20 for the sniper rifles ammo =397 total to hit
deathclaw at 50 hex = 200, minus 60 for headshot and 40 for his AC = 300 to hit
395 - 300 = 97% chance to hit at 91% critical, and +20 on critical hit table.
I think the deathclaw is dead.

even Full AC character is eveless, 25AC from armor at best. 15 AC from 10AG and dodger.

of course you can say the 3cha is a waste, but even if you do get the drop on me and knock me down, theres still my bodyguard with a rocket launcher hehe.

Calculating things is good, experince is a bless. I had more than 15 sniper builds and I tell you, you'll have a big surprise waiting at lvl 21 when you'll aim your sniper rifle at that deathclaw's eyes... And i can't say that CH3 is a waste, witouth telling you that INT8 is a even bigger waste and that AG4 with EN6 will make you a little girl in TB enc.

Just made him, lvling him up as soon as the server is back up.
I was thinking of how to counter the PVP snipers, naturally they have to knock me down first. thats where the Bodyguard comes in.

of course you can nix off the cha and put it into luk, which wont make much difference. or AGI and replace BC with BRoF for p90s.

i am thinking of tossing livegiver for silent running and putting my FA to sneak. than i can use my bodyguard as a meat shield for someone to pot shot at and give away their position, where i can than take them out.

Tell me moar. I thought your build could not be any worse, but seems you are able to spoil even this.

My advise - just read and learn. You can find a lot of builds here.

Sorry for you boy but i agree with most of people here ...

I have done 6 snipers build in fonline (every char are 21) and i can say your build is not the best ...

First if you take Finesse you want to cripple so you're based on critical chance so do it and take 10 luck.
3 charisma is totaly wasting special points you dont need body guard you need other players who carry you because they are leaders.
Intelligence 8 ? What a BIG waste .. and to finish, AG 4 ..... LOL You need 7 AP to shoot with Sniper riffle, with 4 AG you'll shoot only once and with that kind of build i don't really think that on shoot will be enough to kill your opponent.

bonus rate of fire

10 Luck, 12 PE and at least 10 action points are a REQUIREMENT for a quite good sniper build .. I tested a lot of sniper builds of all kinds in fonline and i finally found the better one Maybe i'll make another build which will be better who knows
