Those have been around for a long time, just a little rare item. It has no actual purpose, just like a lot of items you can find in caves, like condoms.

one guard say like [], seems like [] is interested in your Propesionts (dunno how to spell)
the guy who had the stuff will get the message [] has tried to steal from you. or [] has been spotted by guards while stealing.

just don't shoot if you aren't 100% sure, really...

Sometimes even without fail steal or catched by guards guy start to be unprotected (so sad bug )

Thanks, i asked because i thought you got the tried to steal message only once for each attempt, but some guy just tried to rob me and i got about four red messages about it.

As long as it's a red message, he's unprotected. If the message is green, it means he is still protected.

The thief can successfully steal your item, but the red text in the text box says that the guards have spotted him. It coincides with the "It looks like __ is interested in your possessions". A guard can still spot a thief even if they were able to steal the item.

Last times when i trolololo people with stealing their shit and giving to random other guys, i dont get spotted by guards or no fail steal and im starting to being unprotected. How?

also, you can check the player by using alt-menu(merc menu) -> select "push" (range instead you and player must be less 1)
if in chat you see: "He isn't blocking anything yet" or he will stumbled -> he is unprotected
