New craftable item - Safe

Craftable for lockpicker with 300%, cost a lot of metal parts, good metal parts, hq alloys, junk, flints. It have to be very expensive.

It is item that without any stuff in it, weights 124pounds - only real strong person can carry it.
It can be put on the ground and then it looks like that:



And now important! - after putting there ANY item the weight of the safe is magicaly boosted to 250 that there is no way to LIFT it from the ground. (even build with 10str + 3xstrongback + pack rat).  It is opened only with number combination (in talk menu system similar to bank) or uber high lockpick skill (300 + expanded lockpick set gives chances to open but not 100% - similiar to glow lockers).


How about that ?

Idea is brilliant, I love it.

But... Well there is always some kind of but.

Those 300%, 124weight and stuff are purely numbers because of alt's. It won't make any step to the more balanced characters. It is just anther thing that makes you need the "safe crafter alt".

it can be bought and sell so u dont really need to make such alt, check for shops/friends/forum announcemnts etc.

But still if You want to craft one it means You need alt.

now its the same with locks and noone see a problem in it :F

from the other hand -> u can buy cars from T-ray , u cant craft them but it's not a reason to stop buying them he ?

this game is about alts get over it :P

Wrong, alt were always a problem but people get used to it. At least I think so... No more discuss in here from my side ;)

exept... of course... will they take up hexes? what if someone feels like spamming them all over the damn place to troll?

If we are talking about public places there should be a rule that u cant put them (its destination is rather faction bases), if someone would put them for example in the middle of ncr then -> +requesthelp  and safe is cancelled (i think lossing something about 20k is not worth it).

And once more if it will be veeery expensive (like 20k) then there shouldnt be any "spamming" problems.

Mutants cost 40k and here are big spamming problems with them. ;-)
