A pair of repeatable quests

1st idea is to add some "supplement" or "recycling" repeatable quests in all protected towns. E.g. bring 10 smgs ( or a good amount of other low-tier weapon or ammo ) to sheriff in NCR. The reward should be a small amount of exp  and money (or maybe a piece of mid-tier equip of your choice). To prevent abusing, money (or eqipement value)  you get should be, we'll say, half of the value of equipement you brought to complete the quest. Quest should be repeatable once a (real) week (pretty long, but we have a lot of towns). This will also help town traders to get rid of tons of unclaimed detoriorated low-tier weapons.

2nd idea is to add some go'n'kill quests (it seems possible and not so hard to do), that do not require additional locations - "just go to the wastes ang bring me 20 rat/mutant/ghoul heads. And hurry - i need 'em by a supper". Or...  Probably it should be kind of achievement system : get 1000 mutie kills in total => talk to some NPC =>??????=>PROFIT.
