Well yeah, I wasn't playing last weeks, but atleast 2-3 weeks ago you couldn't shoot from outside to lobby, or I misunderstood what you said. Because I though you're talking about: guy from arena shooting poor innocent player waiting at lobby <- this was impossible few weeks ago, you will get a message like "This won't work" or "It doesn't work here" or something like that, can't remember exactly.
Ok, I going to check it right now.

Rofl dont u understand that devs never make hinkley perfect place with all what you want: guns, stimpacks, no cooldowns because then it will be against whole idea of FO world.

It would lead to XP abuse. I prefere Super Stims, you get Empty Super Stims and when you start match they get filled.

Its ok WITH cooldowns. ATM build with high fa skill is more usefull than low fa skill and its cool. I think Hinkley need only new weapons because now is not well balanced. And of course NO DRUGS. Even stimpacks. If i would like to use them i would go town control. Hinkley is about builds and skills.
