joining vault city...

can anyone tell me what the actual stat requirements are for joining vault city are?

the wiki says; "having 120% Repair, First Aid, Doctor or 100%Science skill at 150% will gain you access" (which is a bit confusing)

also, if the guard doesn't offer you the gecko quest is it possible he will at a later time?

I believe it means that with any one of those skills at 120 (100 for science) you will be able to access the quest from the guard but its when you then have anyone of them at 150% that you may try to beg the guard to let you join. Otherwise you will need to get in by getting a day pass first, followed by whatever means to obtain citizenship.

Just get your outdoorsman to 100% and talk your way in. -in dialog "This city needs some of my experties" (or something like that)
I think what is written on wiki is wrong and 100% in any skill will do the trick. (I tested it only with outdoorsman but I read somewhere that man with 100 unarmed got there as well.)
