A while ago I sought advise on making a strong combateer.
After gaining several lvl's I realised that not having any Charisma can make the game quite boring.
So I thought up a Combat crafter, please tell me what you think.
 
I only have 1 other decent character an Armorer tier 3 Small Gun Tier 1, but I didnt like his combat skills.
Made some bad descisions and on top of that I cant make any decent Small Guns or Ammo.
So this Character will have to be a Small Gun crafter tier 3, strenght wont be a big deal if I need to
mine ill bring a Moo or a Slave along and for Small Gun tier 3 ill use drugs.

EN 8
PE 6
IN 6
AG 8
CH 3
LK 6
 
Traits:
Small Frame
Good Natured
 
Perks:
Awareness
More Critical / Toughness (please help me decide)
Better Criticals
Lifegiver
Lifegiver
Bonus Rate Of Fire
Action Boy
 
This should give me a character with 10 AP.
I'm mostly planning to burst.
Also a side question, if I use buffout b4 I lvl up to increase my EN.
Will I get the health Bonus when I lvl up?
And if I become adicited an my EN decreses will health be deducted when I lvl up?

Uhm did you mean after the last wipe or at the upcoming wipe?

I do read kinda heard to understand its probably me, so right now it wouldnt give me additional HP.
Thats what I read.

But thats not the big issue, I want advise on my character build, please
