As much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Small amounts are better than nothing, of course paypal takes a little bit as transaction fee.

Is it possible to make a 2nd english language paypal site? I would guess some
people (like me) are too stupid to make a transaction in a foreign language like polish

Another question, do i have to make a paypal account to transfer money to you guys,

If you create an account (I think you HAVE to), you will be able to set the language then. You can also use Google translate tool.

i used pay pal and there is collum language and if you change language there to english, page is reloaded in new language, so i dont see any problem..
