FIXES:
- Fixed the dats

(SMALL FEATURES):
- Added calling for help in encounters using radios, use /h (help, works on Latin keyboard layouts) or /p (privet/pomoshch, works on Russian keyboard layouts) prefix for your messages (.h and .p works as well)

So you've implemented a feature which you devs were actually quite strongly against (judging by the arguement with Badger)? What am I missing here?

Eh, nobody from us was strongy against this. How do you make that up? Because Lisac asked for anti-abuse suggestions?

Lexx, the /p command dosent seem to be working for sending private message/locations. /h works fine

Ok, not as strongly as I made it sound. You are correct lisac asked for anti-abuse suggestions, but did you ever get those anti-abuse suggestions before implementing it?

Actually implementing it was very easy(hence second update that day). It just required to think something over from technical point of view. And if something is easy, there's no loss if we ever need to disable it again;)
About 'p' - it's for russian layout. So it's not 'ours' p. Anyway, I'd like to here stories about usage of this feature. I'm pretty sure players can do very imaginative things with it.

I think I may have encountered a bug.

I use a car to establish what a mine. When someone enters the mine and use / h on the world map red point always exists.

I have not tried to keep up on radio frequency data has made it disappear but server down ...

Well, basicaly, the encounter location color is set when it's created...That's why it's red when you park car too. I can change it though, so that cars get some different color than location showed by radio call...

this is fucking mistake someone create this near ncr and all go them ;/ Samira or someone tp me to ncr and guards kill me, this is fucking unfair, why i must suffer from fucking mistake of gm?
I suggest to delete this wrong feature
