Your not thinking about how RT combat works.

10 AP on both sides.

avenger vs p90

2 bursts from p90 = 100 -8 ap, 2 ap left, bursts again for 50 = 150.  -4 ap.  so that uses up 12 aps.  THEN you have to reload.

1 bust from avenger for 90, waits for 2 aps regen, burst again for 90, thts -180 hp already, and it doesn't have to reload to get another shot off, just waits for anther 6 ap, while p90, reloads, then waits for ap to start rechargng again to 4 ap, which s 1.6 seconds presumabely, Avenger will always win in this case.  P90 has no real advantage over anyone except the builds never used in RT pvp such as Melee or unarmed.

If Fast Shot worked for bursts on aimable guns smallguns would be worth their salt.

You can consider over 12 AP or less. I don't care. Most Avenger is getting is 20%. Anything over this is getting far too abstract to compare directly.

Of course an Avenger would win in a 1v1 burst contest where you are just standing trading damage. Its meant to.

p90c is a different weapon, its cheaper, its one handed, its capable of aiming ... to suggest that because something doesn't have the same burst as an Avenger its got bad damage is just wrong.

If fast shot worked on bursts then the entire rebalancing would have been done differently to leave the relative strenghts exactly as they are now.

people u cannot do anything Solar knows better, unless some people who play with gms come and start suggesting something:


TC too long devs changed it
militia too strong devs changed it
big guns too strong, they nerfed it
too much caps from TC, devs changed it
they wanted militia to be removed from cities, devs did it ( didnt change anything since people fight in hinkley )
it took them 4 weeks to do something about doing NONE - when someone was using militia to kill a sheriff
after someone did it with tttla's city gm came and gave all sheriffs 3k hp 5 hours later
only they knew when the wipe was coming b/c one of their gms told them

so all u do here is pointless

btw people dont want to nerf avenger they say that p90 is useless weapon, u only have 2 burst that are not enough to kill anything, its range makes this weapon usless if u go againt other bg u cannot win at point blank
and the weapon itself is expensive cannot be looted from any encounter, p90 supposed to be boosted

the only good thing i noticed is the ST required, u can have a bit better build if u put these 2 ST in AG and remove small frame
