theiving system needs an overhaul

So it needs to be changed because you don't benefit from it?

Than he uses steal on you, you see the animation, and you still don't move?

i lost 50 rounds of ammo and 250 caps - straight from my inventroy - the guy did it first time

Stuff you have in the 2 slots and equiped armor can't be stolen.
When you get money for carrying boxes it is placed in your inventory not in your hands, unless you already had caps in your hands.
