theiving system needs an overhaul

i'm tired of all this theiving

a guy called CrackerT robbed me of EVERYTHING i had:

i had just claimed my 200caps for moving crates
i had about 6 other items in my inventory
he comes up and in a few attempts takes it all from my pockets
the guards don't do anything
i dont even have a weapon to try and kill him
then he runs off the map and comes back to see if i have anything else to steal

thats massively gay

ur obvioulsy from UK like me - unfortunate that the first UK player i meet wants to rob me blind

maybe if robbing wasn't so damn easy....

My character, silent shot also got robbed of everything while i was bartering with a vendor. he even stole my gun! (had an axe in my hand since i was chopping wood beforehand)
