The bar at hinkley should give drugs

Im not talking about options to choose with drugs or not drugs only to simply implement them to hinkley.
<free pvp> Yes i said like this but I still dont understand your point of view. Even if all is free why not drugs too? Because can be only on "top TC pvp" ? You can also say Plasma rifle is harder to get instead of laser rifle it should be only lasers on arena for energy builds or any other weird ideas.

your reasoning is wierd holo, hinkley is for testing purposes initially although most people use it for entertainment, so drugs should be implemented as well.
