It'd make more sense if you just added a shady guy that sells "chips" that give the effect of drugs when using the sim. almost like a hacking joke. only downside is you need to pay a little extra caps to use it. just a small fee, like 200-1000 caps depending on what you want to get. psycho and jet being the two big ones. but buffout style and other "hax" chips could cost less.

Its a sim after all. at least last time i check.
