The bar at hinkley should give drugs

I'm confused, weren't drug builds reworked in order to make non drug builds able to compete with drug builds? If so why are we having this "say no to drugs" discussion about hinkley? It's obvious it needs them.
Or is it still unbalanced?
P.s. even if it is with this implemented we'll be able to find out for sure, no?

acutally no i didnt, i have not tested or used any drug build at all this wipe and i dont know anyone's build that does.

Its their choice... Why i should care if somebody dont want take drugs or not. He can make a new char. Its still only hinkley and free pvp.
And in my opinion drugs should be allowed but whatever devs wont add them hmm maybe after next wipe.

As you said, its free PvP for everyone. Thats why drugs should be used only in top TC PvP.
