The bar at hinkley should give players all drugs. Upon leaving hinkley positive drug effects will be removed.

It'd help alot. Drug like psycho is pretty expensive and if it was available in Hinkley its exact effects in pvp would be much faster to find out.

Against. Hinkley is only place where i can play PvP without drugs. Personally i dont want uber power builds on drugs there. Its good as it is. Only weapons missing

in this case we can make some game rule like:
Change Drug Rules:
drugs alowded: all
                      cheap(nuka, cig, beer)
                      no drugs

I don't understand your point. I am already playing with drugs at Hinkley. It just annoying to have to get out each time.
Also, why you don't like drugs ? It's not like last session...
