looking for a good EW crit build, can use a few drugs at 21 but does not need to at all. Non finesse builds please! Unless finesse builds are proven to be good and awesome and such

Finesse is awesome with better crits because you are more likely to crit and more likely to bypass dr when you crit so it ignores the debuff.

I could replace one more crit with sharpshooter but id lose 5% to crit to eyes.

If you go energy, that means you want 2 eyeshots! And you can get this easly since laser rifle eyeshot costs only 6 AP with BRoF, not 7 like the SG Sniper Rifle does.
That means we will use Jet, Buffout, Nuka Cola and Cigs.

That means sacrificing HP, DR and some critical chance(u're gonna have only 75% to eyes). But you're gonna be a good damage dealer, 2 eyeshots can cause pain

The only thing I've ever seen get 0 dmg is the deagle with jhp.

The devs say otherwise, bypass ignores dr and you do full damage.

"if armor bypassed critical, and the damage type is not emp:
 dt = armor_dt/5; dr = armor_dr/5 + dr_mod // finesse is skipped in this case"

just do the math in both cases finesse sux, its good if u want to break arms and blind people, dont think u will do any dmg though

u break my arm i use doc and just shoot at you, and look ath the examples above where do u see 95% chance to crit eyes ( its not possible to take so many "more critica"l perks ),
even if u hit ur critical hit u have to pass the test only 1/5 1/4 ( dont know the formula ) is the bypass u are talking about, keep in mind that all other critical hits and normal dmg will be reduced * 30 %, if im right the bypasses as well
