New crafting cooldowns

I'm in favor of the latest development (halved gathering cooldowns and additional crafting cooldown), but 2 minutes to craft one can of gunpowder is pretty extreme for no XP, so my suggestion is to reduce the crafting cooldown of the basic objects (all the things that give no XP for crafting them) to 20-30s rather than 120.

It makes sense to have 1-2 minutes cooldowns on more complex items, but 2 minutes for each bloody gunpowder is a real killer, especially because you can't do anything worthwile for those 2 minutes. If you're gathering and have to wait 11 (now 6) minutes till u gather again you can do some other stuff (go around, go crafting, ecc...) but with crafting you have to be near a workbench and if you try doing something else besides crafting it will take ages...

my sugesstion about this:
high repair skill = fast cooldown if you craft guns, ammo, armors or something like that,
high science =  better timeout of any minerals and irons, 
high melee weapons(or some other skill) = fibers, wood, junk, electronic parts

My sugesstion is:

* science >50% - 6 min cooldown for iron ore and mineral
* science >100% - 3 min cooldown for iron ore and mineral

Don't kill this game. No one will play it if they have to craft for 2 hours to get a basic gun, and die in 2 minutes.
The crafting cooldowns are a miss by far. The previous ones were already annoying. And they were like 1/4 of the new ones.

I managed to get some crafting materials (kind of hard with the 'can't take stuff out of containers' bug) and noticed the cooldown for crafting ammo (I managed only some small energy cells) is 29 minutes. Is it supposed to be that long? Then how long is it to make end tier equipment, a few hours? That is seriously annoying.
People will be really pissed off with that.

Any fixed cooldown (not modified by skills) over 10 minutes is an absolute game killer.

Omg... 7 minutes of cooldown after making Desert Eagle for 150 xp hell yeah!!! And 2 minutes cooldown for Gunpowder -.- Please, make something with it and repair bug with taking and putting items to chests/shelves/boxes
