Ping display and Autorun

Now that FOCD is officially programma non-gratta, bannable, and deleted from everyone's computer, we really need some changes to the game. (please, I agree with the gripes but this isn't the post for that)

Namely, I need always-run and a ping counter.  I always disabled Yanus (and thank god I was away for a long time or I'd be permabanned for wanting a ping and always run)

Press F1 for ping check, and GMs/Devs already said they had things like an auto-aimer planned.
