Quest: pip boy.

I Humbly propose that there be a quest that ends with giving the player a pip boy.
 The basic pip boy would feature having access to radio all the time.
 Perhaps a couple further quests could add features to it eg. Geiger counter, motion detector ect.

I think it would be neat, but its hard to do. First, one must do some engine changes (guess Cvet), do some spawn location which is now random, make the quest, again program the mechanism of receiving your pipboy. As for other things to the PipBoy I guess they need Cvet's work which is quite limited to already proposed and more urgent suggestions...
