I like it. It has a great amount of atmosphere and sorta reminds me of the Fallout 1/2 soundtrack.

(I already told Surf Solar about it but for everyone's interest...)
It is a very good track, that fits perfectly (and I mean
perfectly
) the atmosphere of the Navarro base, because it is quite scary, with weird noises, "
and a dark wind blows
" (As GY!BE said
). For the army of NCR, that aims for peace and law across the wasteland, I'd think of a music with more drums, and less frightening parts ;p
Radio voices are awesome !

I agree Izual (because hes health level is over 9000!!! j/k. lol why did you shoot me after I said that in NCR?) It fits more to camp Navarro. Would like to see this one in the game.

I still can be reached over e-mail if you somehow need anything from me. Don't see a reason why you would, but if you do, e-mail remains the safest bet, as I do not visit this forum reliably anymore.

And here is another one (no, not for the armybase, just don't want to create a new topic
).
I don't know if it fits Fallout, I got my inspirations from this one (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxCXk9M7wuQ
) which is my favorite track in Fallout. I created the following track for my own little attempt to create a mod, it's setting is much more "dark", bleak and depressing. The track will first be played after the player character goes out of his bunker after the great war and sees the destroyed world in ruins for the first time with his own eyes. Thought this one fits, here it is:
