Someone can write some locations full of brahmins 
I presume they're mostly around Modoc

I've found them only once near Hub...

i usually scout in a wide area 2 cells south from the Hub
got a lot of them, both to the West and to the East from there
if you random encounter me - please spare my young life
i'm "Scout <whatever> M<whatever>"
like Scout Bow M1, Scout Las M2 etc.
