Well I notice the mines in Redding our down.  You cant use the elevators (both of them).  I also notice one elevators have critters around it but anyway. Is there any HQ mines out there as right now? Any that you can go in and get HQ. Also in patch notes it says Junk Town has a mine.  I look in and around Junk Town didn't see one. If there is one is it HQ?

Gecko and Broken Hills have HQ resources and do not use elevators so they're accessible.

Well, the Junktown Mine works fine for me. (no there are no HQ ressources).
Maybe refresh your cache?

Also, the Elevator thingy is a known bug, read here: http://fodev.net/forum/index.php?topic=3789.0
And please use the Bugs Subforum next time. ;)
