I recently created an EW character with 4 int and to my surprise he's a f****** moron... With 4 int.

You guys realize that 4 INT is a standard in real world? A Twilight fan can speak properly damn it...

Make the retard INT thing to 3 like in regular fallout games.

INT 5 is counted as AVERAGE

when in char creation read what level it is on the special

5 average
