Skinning for new 3d models
« on: March 07, 2010, 08:09:25 pm »

I used to do a lot of skinning back in the day for interstate 82 and UT 2003 and would love to contibute to skinning some of the new models unfortunately my computer can't run any 3d editing software so I'd need a flattened .tga file of the model to skin it properly. If anyone can post these I could get to work on it and I'm sure i wouldn't be the only one.

Well, not all of my models have UV texture yet and I can certainly use some help. Here is a pulse rifle tga file and here are some images of the model (current textures are just stuck images):

I should be able to upload a pulse pistol uv map later today, as well as a couple of other models that need textures. If you have a time and will to help with it, I'd be greatful  :P.

sure, if you could number all the sections and take a screenshot of the render it would make it a lot easier for me to figure out what's what.
